The charges stem from two victims, and officials with the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office say Timothy Beamon of South Roxana has been HIV positive since 1996. Bond for Beamon has been set at $100,000. Beamon has not been taken into custody.
Beamon could face three to seven years in prison.
