Interim Transitional National Council of Libya (TNC) hired the famous Patton Boggs lobbying firm to deny Muammar Qaddafi his traditional place as leader. They wish to get recognized as a legitimate government to free up billions of dollars from the Qaddafi regime. Qaddafis support is dwindling as his supporting lobbyists get cold feet.
