OCONTO – An Oconto County man has been found guilty of killing his estranged wife before setting her home on fire.
Randall Staeven, 51, was convicted of all six counts against him. That includes first degree intentional homicide. It stems from an incident in 2009. The body of Christy Staeven was found in a burned out Town of Chase home. Three children were able to get out safely. Sentencing is set for October.
