LEBANON — A Lebanon man faces 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to engaging in sexual conduct with a teenage girl, the Warren County Prosecutor’s office said.
Trent Elliot Tharps, Jr., 29, plead guilty Wednesday in Warren County Court of Common Pleas to four counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, all third-degree felonies, said Assistant Prosecutor Gary Loxley.
Tharps engaged in sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl that he had known for several years on at least four separate occasions between January and August 2010, Loxley said.
Tharps is free on bond until his sentencing on Aug. 18. He faces a maximum punishment of five years in prison and a fine of $10,000 for each count, Loxley said.
