Laura Thomas, 49, 950 Grandstone Court, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after police received a nuisance complaint at 4:33 p.m. in the 900 block of Grandstone Court.

A unlocked car was broken into while it was parked in the Walmart parking lot. Miscellaneous items were reported stolen.
A 16-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass after allegedly stealing beer and soda from an apartment in the La Luz complex at 5:31 p.m.
James Fultz, 46, 499 Lakeside Drive, Lebanon, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after police received reports of an allegedly highly intoxicated man falling into the roadway at 9:19 p.m. in the 000-100 block of East Warren Avenue.
Amanda Tharps, 25, 201 Miller Road, Lebanon, and Travis Byrd, 29, Dayton, were arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after police received reports of reckless operation of a motorcycle at 5:38 p.m. in the parking lot of National Bank, 910 Columbus Ave.
A bicycle was reported stolen from the Pleasant Street Park on New Street.
A home in the 000-1000 block of Sage Street was broken into sometime during the day.
Theft of $950 via a stolen debit card from a resident in the 3200 block of Waynesville Road, Oregonia.
Brian K. Wilson, 32, of Springboro, was arrested at 7 a.m. in the 500 block of Columbus Avenue on suspicion of possession of drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle with an open liquor container and driving under suspension.
Tyler Anspach, 20, of Old State Route 122 in Lebanon, was arrested on Ohio 73 just west of Clarksville on suspicion of underage consumption of alcohol.
Theft of a GPS device from a vehicle in the 2400 block of Gideon Drive, Middletown. Total estimated value is $200.
Theft of a PlayStation 3, jewelry and an mp3 player between 3:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. in the 2700 block of El Camino Drive in Turtlecreek Twp. Total estimated value of the items is $380, according to reports.
Theft of a phone charger, 10 cassettes and an owner’s manual between 9:32 and 9:40 a.m. from a vehicle in the 7100 block of Twinview Drive in Franklin Twp. Estimated value is $55.
Theft of a tool box full of tools, a silver Leatherman tool in a black case and a radar detector between 4:30 p.m. July 13 and 8:30 a.m. July 14 from a vehicle in the 7000 block of Twinview Drive in Franklin Twp. Total estimated value is $1,090.
Theft of $1,400 cash between 10 p.m. July 13 and 8:30 a.m July 14 from the 5000 block of Wilmington Road, Oregonia.
Theft of two CD players and a battery charger on a cart between July 5 and July 14 from a vehicle parked in the 7100 block of Country Walk Drive in Franklin Twp. Total estimated value is $650.

Theft of two 5-foot fiberglass showers with a tub between July 8 and July from a home in the 5100 block of Homestead Drive in South Lebanon. No value estimate was provided.
Bradley A. Wilcher, 19, of Carlisle, was arrested on Lower Carlisle Road in Franklin Twp., on suspicion of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
